An address and a nearby cross street are more useful than a ZIP code alone. Let us know about gates, parking levels, tight spaces, slopes, or restrictions on vehicle work. Service is subject to safe access, the type of repair, and availability.
Homes, workplaces, and parking lots
A level driveway with space around the vehicle is often a suitable starting point. Apartment, employer, hotel, and commercial lots may require permission. Do not assume a property allows repairs simply because it allows parking.
Roadside safety comes first
A narrow shoulder or active traffic lane is not a safe work area. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services. A tow to a safe location may be needed before a mechanic can inspect the car.
